The Journey of Sight

Part 3 of a 3 part series of Introduction to INBODIMENT.

In this workshop we will take a journey into the world of sight.  Dr. Heidi will guide you on a visual quest as you discover, access and develop your own inner sight and “seeing” skills.

This is an introductory course and open to all levels of practice.  The workshop will be done all in guided meditation with direct hands-on assistance and support.

Come with your curiosity and sense of play while you join us in entering the magical wonderland of inner sight.

This class will leave you with tools to take your self care to the next level.

Bring:

Yoga Mat, 2 Blankets, 1 pillow – you will by laying down and sitting so be prepared to make yourself comfortable
